How it works
Voyino works both ways.
As a traveler, you look for accommodation in one of the 8 UEMOA countries — Togo, Côte d'Ivoire, Benin, Senegal, Burkina Faso, Mali, Niger or Guinea-Bissau. As a host, you open your property to local and international travelers.
For travelers
- 01
Search
Enter your city (Lomé, Abidjan, Cotonou, Dakar, Ouagadougou, Bamako, Niamey or Bissau), your dates and the number of guests. Results appear immediately with photos, property type, amenities, nightly price and the transparent total price (12% traveler fee included — no surprise at checkout). - 02
Compare
Filter by segment (boutique hotel, guest house, aparthotel, midscale), by neighborhood and by amenities (air conditioning, pool, breakfast included, parking). Read other travelers reviews. Check day-by-day availability. - 03
Book
Choose how you want to pay:
- Mobile Money: Flooz, T-Money, MTN Mobile Money, Moov Money, Orange Money (availability varies across UEMOA countries — Togo, Côte d'Ivoire, Benin, Senegal, Burkina Faso, Mali, Niger, Guinea-Bissau)
- Bank card: Visa, Mastercard — the natural choice from Europe, Canada or the United States
- Bank transfer: for group or long-stay bookings
You immediately receive a confirmation email with the host contact details, the exact address and the arrival instructions.
- 04
Enjoy your stay
On arrival, show your booking confirmation to the host (on your phone or printed). No middleman — you deal directly with the property. - 05
Rate your stay
After checkout you receive an email inviting you to leave a review. Your feedback helps other travelers choose, and hosts improve.
For hosts
You run a boutique hotel, a guest house, an aparthotel or a midscale property in West Africa? Here is how to join Voyino.
- 01
Sign up
Signing up is free, with no commitment. No entry fee, no monthly subscription. You only pay Voyino when you generate revenue — and in practice you pay very little, because our commission is 0% for Founding Hosts, 7% standard. - 02
Verification
Our team verifies your identity, your status as a host (owner or manager) and that your property genuinely exists. Verification takes between 24 and 72 hours and protects the trust between travelers and hosts on the platform. - 03
Publishing your listing
You describe your property, add your photos, set your rates and your availability. If you wish, our team helps you optimise the listing. French-to-English translation is available so you can reach the English-speaking diaspora. - 04
Bookings and payouts
When a traveler books, you are notified immediately by email and SMS. The payment is secured by our escrow system (released 24 hours after the traveler checks in, see the Safety page).
You charge 30,000 FCFA, you receive 30,000 FCFA. Paid out by Mobile Money to your Flooz / MTN / T-Money / Moov account, or by bank transfer — whichever you prefer.
- 05
Support and dashboard
You get an online dashboard to follow your bookings, your payouts and your occupancy statistics. Our support team is reachable 7 days a week.

Become a hostFrequently asked questions
How do I book a place to stay in West Africa on Voyino?
Pick a verified stay in one of the 8 UEMOA countries (Togo, Côte d'Ivoire, Benin, Senegal, Burkina Faso, Mali, Niger, Guinea-Bissau), book online and pay by bank card (diaspora, international travelers) or Mobile Money (local). The price shown includes the service fee — nothing is discovered on arrival.
What commission does Voyino charge?
A 12% service fee on the traveler side, shown at booking. On the host side: 0% commission for 12 months from public launch for Founding Hosts, then 7% from month 13.
How does the diaspora pay from France, Canada or the United States?
By bank card (Visa/Mastercard). Hosts themselves are paid in Mobile Money — Voyino bridges the two, with a written record of every step.
Are Voyino hosts verified?
Yes. Every host goes through verification (email, phone, online presence, business registry when available) before their listing goes live — that is the "Verified host" badge.
